Updated: October 30, 2024

You may find that your security programs, including Kaspersky and others, sometimes block content from Lead Gen & CRM. To prevent content from being blocked, those users will need to safelist the domain for “marketingautomation.services.”

Whitelist Lead Gen & CRM in Security Programs

Once the "marketingautomation.services" domain is safelisted, devices using that instance of Kaspersky should be able to fully navigate the site without being flagged.

This article will show how to safelist Kaspersky Security. For other security programs, please refer to that program's help documentation on how to safelist a website, then safelist “marketingautomation.services."

Edit the List of Trusted Files, Folders, and Websites

Trusted Zone is a list of objects that Kaspersky Internet Security does not scan or monitor. You may need to add objects to Trusted Zone if, for example, Kaspersky Internet Security blocks access to a file, application, or website even though you are absolutely sure that this object, application, or web address is harmless.

When an application is added to Trusted Zone, its file and network activities (including suspicious ones) are no longer monitored. However, Kaspersky Internet Security continues to scan the executable file and process of the trusted application.

Important! Complete the following steps within the administrative settings of your Kaspersky program.

Add/remove a file or folder to/from the list of trusted files and folders

  1. In the menu bar, click the application icon and choose Preferences.
