Scheduling to Lists

Action groups can be scheduled to lists. If you have a list and want to use an action group on that list at a future scheduled date, you can schedule the action group to the list and set the date and time for it to run.

Scheduling action groups to lists can be affected depending on your sender status. Refer to Understanding Lead Gen & CRM Email Sender Status for more information on sender status and sending restrictions.

If an action group is scheduled to a rules-based list, all leads at the time of scheduling will be added to the action group. If the list is modified between scheduling and the time the action group fires, leads that were removed from the list will not be affected by or included in the action group.

  1. Click Lists in the left toolbar.
  2. Locate the desired list and click    Options > Schedule Action Group for List.

  3. Select the desired action group from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the appropriate time and date parameters.
  5. Click the checkbox to include list exclusions, if needed.
  6. Click Schedule.
