Creating Rules-Based Lists of All Contact Records

Lead Gen & CRM allows you to create a list to capture every contact record currently in your system, as well as all records that are created in the future. This list can be used to further segment leads and create meaningful subgroups by creating a dynamic list with a different criteria.

This article will detail how to create a list of all contact records.

Creating Continuous Lists

You can create a dynamic list that populates as leads enter your system. To create an inclusive continuous contact list, do the following:

  1. Click Lists in the left toolbar.

    Click Lists in the left toolbar

     

  2. Click + Add New List to create a list, or click     Settings >    Change List Settings to edit a rules-based list.

    Create a new list or click Settings to modify an existing list

     

  3. Configure an initial rule or create an additional rule.

    Click Create Rule

     

  4. Click the Lead category.
  5. Click has the field.

    Click Lead then Has the Field trigger

     

  6. Select Email from the When a contact has the field drop-down menu.
  7. Enter @ in the Input email text box.
     
    Note: You will see an "Input must be a valid email address" error message, until you complete the next step.
  8. Select included from the conditional drop-down menu.
  9. Click Save.

    Click Save

     

Once the list has been generated, it will display all current list members, as well as contacts that have been excluded from list involvement.
