Creating Rules-Based Lists with Current Customers

Using list management to strategically segment your leads improves your ability to effectively market each group

By dynamically adding or removing leads for certain mailing lists, you can deliver a more captivating, customized message.

All Current Customers

You can create a list that displays all current customers.

To create lists of current customers, do the following:

  1. Click Lists in the left toolbar.
  2. Create a new list or click Options > Change List Settings to edit an existing rules-based list.



  3. Create an initial rule if none exist, or add an additional rule.



  4. Select has the field, located under Lead.

    Has the field action.
     
  5. Select Lead Status from the Select field drop-down menu.
  6. Select Customer (Opp Won) from the Select one drop-down menu.
  7. Select exactly from the conditional drop-down menu.
  8. Click Save.
