View and respond to social media conversations with friends and followers

Monitor conversations with friends and followers on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and then draft and post responses to likes and comments

 

Help keep your social media friends and followers engaged by responding to their comments and likes! It's easy to view and respond to your social conversations right from Constant Contact.


Engage in conversations on Facebook and Instagram

After you create and share posts on Facebook and Instagram, you can monitor the conversation and respond from one place using the Inbox tab!

  1. Click Marketing channels ...> Social posts. 


     
  2. Click Inbox.
  3. Click the three dots next to the comment you want to respond to and select "View Conversation." This lets you see the full conversation thread for a specific comment for more context.

  4. Click the Reply to social message icon next to the comment you want to respond to.


     
  5. Add your response, including any emoji, into the field. The response automatically includes the @username of the person you're responding to.
  6. Click Reply Now.


     
  7. (Optional) To see the conversation in Facebook, click the link icon next to any of the comments.


     

Each comment you make shows up on Facebook or Instagram, and if anyone responds to your post or comment, it's automatically synced in your Constant Contact account.


 

 

Engage in conversations on LinkedIn

After you create and share posts on LinkedIn, you can monitor the conversation and respond directly through your LinkedIn account.

  1. Click Marketing channels ...> Social posts.


     
  2. Click the Posts tab. 
  3. Next to the posted social post you want to view, click ... > Details

  4. Next to the LinkedIn post you want to edit, click ... > View Post.


     
  5. Click the chat bubble icon under the comment you want to reply to.
  6. Write your response and click Reply.
