Tags help you segment your list into sub-groups of contacts within a list or across multiple lists. When you send an email, you choose to include or exclude contacts with a specific tag, but you can also move all the contacts with a specific tag onto a list for targeted or specialized emails.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Contacts > Tags.
  2. Next to the tag you want to add to a list, click . . . > View tag.

Contacts tab, Tags tab selected, tag drop-down menu expanded, and View tag option selected

  3. Select all of the tagged contacts or select a group of contacts associated with the tag.
  4. Click Actions > Add to list.

Tag view with all contacts selected, Actions drop-down menu expanded, and Add to list option

  5. Select the list you want to add your tagged contacts to, or click Create List to make a new one.
  6. Click Add.

Add Contacts to List overlay with Select a list drop-down menu and list selected, Create List button, and Add button

Repeat these steps for each tag with contacts you want to add to the list.
