View your billing information, activity, and statements

Find everything you need to know about your billing within your account settings

If you're looking for billing information, you can find it all in your account settings. Your plans and pricing, payment method, activity, and billing statements are all available in one central location.

Note: If you're an Account Manager or Campaign Creator, you won't have full access to the account settings and billing information. 


View your payment plan details

  1. Click the three dots in the lower-left - or the profile icon if the menu is collapsed - and select Account settings.

  2. Click the Billing tab to see your plan info, account balance, and billing information.

Note: The Account Owner is able to view these pages. In the email invitation you received when first setting up your Constant Contact account, you’ll be able to see the name of the Account Owner. Search your email inbox for your invitation email to identify the Account Owner. 

If you can no longer access your email, please contact us for help with your account. 

 

 

View your billing statements

If you need to drill into the specifics about your billing, like payment amounts and dates, you can view your billing statements. 

  1. Click the three dots in the lower-left - or the profile icon if the menu is collapsed - and select Account settings.

  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. Click View statements.

Now that you know how to view your billing information and activity, compare plans, print or email an invoice, and update your payment method.

Note: The Account Owner is able to view these pages. In the email invitation you received when first setting up your Constant Contact account, you’ll be able to see the name of the Account Owner. Search your email inbox for your invitation email to identify the Account Owner.
