Find contacts that are in your account but not a part of any list, and then reengage with them

Light Bulb IconDid you know? We're in the process of making improvements to the All contacts table and rolling it out to our customers. If your All contacts table looks different, view this article for finding contacts not on a list instead.

It's a good idea to look through your contacts periodically to see if you have any that aren't a part of any list. These are contacts that you probably haven't mailed to in a while and need to reengage with.

  1. On the left-hand side of the page, click Contacts > All contacts.
  2. Click the List status menu and select the "Not on a list" option.

Contacts menu expanded with All contacts option selected, List status menu expanded with Not on a list option selected and filter results

These contacts can now be added to a list by editing their contact records, and then you can send them targeted emails to reengage with them.
