Easily add and edit assets in your multi-channel campaign

Seamlessly navigate between the assets within your marketing campaign to customize, schedule, and add more all from one place

When working on an email, social post, or SMS that’s part of a multi-channel campaign, you can easily see all of the assets associated with that campaign and switch between them to customize, schedule, and view the reporting for each one. You can also quickly create new assets to add to your campaign using AI recommendations, complete with branding, content, and images.

  1. Click Marketing channels > Multi-channel campaigns.
  2. Click to expand the campaign if needed.

  3. Click on the name of an email, social post, or SMS within your campaign.

  4. From the panel on the right, you can see all of the individual assets within your campaign, grouped by draft, scheduled, and published status. To switch between them, simply click on the thumbnail of the asset you want to view, edit, or schedule.

  5. To create a new asset for your multi-channel campaign, click +Add.

  6. We automatically recommend email, social post, and SMS message options for you, or you can enter a bit of information about what you want to share and click Create.
  7. (Optional) Click to deselect any asset type or social post network you don’t need.
  8. Use the arrows to scroll through the generated assets.
  9. To add an asset to your campaign, hover over the thumbnail and click +Add, or click Start from blank to use a blank template.

  10. Edit the asset as desired and schedule it to send or post. If you’re not ready to schedule it, simply ensure your changes are saved before navigating away from the editor, and your draft will be waiting for you when you are!
