| Important: This article pertains specifically to our Teams and Partner customers. |
To better serve Constant Contact account holders, we have updated our terms of service to allow the sending of both transactional and marketing emails. This change will allow us to communicate with account holders about updates to our products, as well as inform them of our various educational offerings, including onboarding webinars, ongoing “Ask a Trainer” webinars, and other thought leadership and support-focused content.
Account holders can also expect to receive onboarding emails for new accounts to ensure that they understand how to use the platform, are connected with onboarding tutorials, and are set up for continued success. Communications will be customized to address only the features that the account holder has access to.
Constant Contact account holders may choose to opt out of marketing emails at any time. We are also working on a feature in the Teams/Partner portal that will allow Teams/Partners to opt out of receiving Constant Contact marketing for their subaccounts. If a Team/Partner has explicitly specified in their contract not to communicate with their subaccounts, we will honor that request. Please contact your Account Manager or Teams/Partner Support if you have any concerns.
We appreciate the trust you place in Constant Contact, and we are committed to continuously delivering the tools you and your accounts need to succeed.
