Partners: Communication changes to client accounts on September 1, 2024

Article: 000053539
Updated: August 1, 2024

What you need to know about changes to our terms of service

To better serve Constant Contact account holders, we have updated our terms of service to send both transactional and marketing emails to Constant Contact account holders. This change will allow us to communicate with account holders about updates to our products, as well as inform them of our various educational offerings, such as onboarding webinars, ongoing “Ask a Trainer” webinars, and other thought leadership and support-focused content.

Account holders can also expect to receive onboarding emails for new accounts to ensure that they understand how to use the platform, are connected with onboarding tutorials, and are set up for continued success. Communications will be customized to address only the features that the account holder has access to.

Managing communications

Constant Contact account holders may choose to opt out of marketing emails at any time. We are also working on a feature in the Partner portal that will allow Partners to opt out their child/client accounts from Constant Contact marketing. If a Partner has explicitly specified to not communicate with their child/client accounts in their contracts, we will honor that request. Please contact your Account Manager or Partner Support if you have any concerns.

We appreciate the trust you place in Constant Contact, and we are committed to continuously delivering you and your accounts the tools needed to succeed.
