Wenn Sie vermuten, dass Ihre E-Mail-Kampagnen von einem ISP (Internet Service Provider) oder einer Domain blockiertund nicht gefiltert werden, hängt ihre Bearbeitung des Problems von der Größe des ISP oder der Domain ab:

• Große ISPs und Domains
• Kleine ISPs und Domains

Große ISPs und Domains

Wenn zahlreiche Abonnenten in der gleichen großen E-Mail-Domain (wie Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) oder einem großen ISP (wie Comcast, Road Runner, Verizon, etc.) in der Kategorie „Blockiert“ angezeigt werden, kann dies an einer Änderung der DMARC-Richtlinie des ISP liegen.

Bitte wenden Sie sich direkt an uns, so dass wir Schritte unternehmen können, um das Problem zu lösen. Unser ISP Relations Team hat Erfahrung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit großen Providern und arbeitet in Ihrem Namen an der Lösung des Problems .

Kleine ISPs und Domains

Für kleinere ISPs und Domains wenden Sie sich zunächst direkt an Ihre betroffenen Kontakte oder ihren ISP. Wir haben zwei Briefe (unten) erstellt, um Ihnen bei der Kommunikation mit Ihren Kontakten und deren ISPs zu helfen. 

Nachdem die Briefe an Ihre betroffenen Kontakte gesendet wurden, arbeitet unser ISP Relations Team mit den entsprechenden Personen zusammen, um das Problem zu lösen. 

Das ISP Relations Team ist verfügbar (ops@constantcontact.com), falls der ISP/Domain nachträgliche Informationen, wie E-Mail-Protokolle erfordern. Wir haben festgestellt, dass dieser Ansatz normalerweise viel schnellere Ergebnisse erzielt, weil die Administratoren von ihren eigenen Benutzern erfahren, dass sie eine E-Mail erhalten möchten.

Wichtig: Kopieren und fügen Sie beide Briefe in eine E-Mail ein, die an Ihre betroffenen Kontakte adressiert ist, aber senden Sie die E-Mail nicht von Ihrem Constant-Contact-Konto aus. Wenn Ihre Constant-Contact-E-Mails blockiert werden, werden Ihre betroffenen Kontakte die Briefe niemals sehen; es ist daher besser, sie über Ihre offizielle Geschäfts-E-Mail zu senden.

Briefe an Ihren Abonnenten

Sie müssen XXXXXX durch die entsprechenden Namen ersetzen, wenn Sie den Brief an Ihren Kontakt senden. Das XXXX im Brief ist eine Orientierung für Ihre Kontakte, um die ähnlichen Felder im Brief zu ersetzen, den sie an ihren ISP oder Ihre Domain senden.

 An: Kontakt Betreff: Bitte kontaktieren Sie Ihren ISP Hallo XXXXXX, Ich schreibe Ihnen, um Sie darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass Ihr ISP die Newsletter/Werbung/Mitteilungen, für deren Empfang Sie sich angemeldet haben, blockiert. Ich weiß, dass Sie diese wertvollen Mitteilungen erhalten möchten, daher möchte ich Sie bitten, den beigefügten Brief an die Kundenbetreuung Ihres ISP zu senden. Bitte ersetzen Sie die Informationen in allen drei XXXX Feldern unbedingt im beigefügten Brief.  Wie Sie vielleicht wissen, erledigt Constant Contact die von mir gesendete E-Mail-Kommunikation. Wenn Sie eine Antwort von Ihrem ISP erhalten, leiten Sie bitte die Antwort-E-Mail an folgende Adresse weiter: ops@constantcontact.com. Die Betriebsabteilung bei Constant Contact wird sich nach dem Empfang Ihrer E-Mail an Ihren ISP wenden.  Ich entschuldige mich für eventuelle Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen dadurch entstanden sind. Brief, den Ihr Abonnent an seinen ISP sendet

 An: ISP Kundenbetreuung Betreff: Constant Contact Blockierung entfernen Hallo. Mein Name ist XXXX und ich bin seit XXXXIhr Kunde. Ich verstehe, dass Sie Filter und/oder Sperrlisten einsetzen, um Kunden wie mich vor unerwünschten E-Mails zu schützen; somit wird mir der Empfang von Newslettern, Meldungen und Werbung, die ich angefordert habe, unmöglich gemacht.
