Resubmit an SMS registration that was previously approved but has since been canceled

If you previously submitted an SMS registration that was approved and you started sending text messages, your registration can later be canceled for violating Constant Contact’s Text Messaging and Conditions of Use.

To check the status of your SMS registration:

  1. In the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click Marketing channels > SMS.
  2. If you see the error message, your SMS registration has been canceled. If your registration has been canceled and you want to re-register, please contact our Support team
