Migration of your website to Web.com

Set up your Web.com account to continue accessing your website and create a website to replace a Shoppable Landing Page

Websites, online stores, domains, bookings, and Google Workspace products have been migrated directly to Web.com, which has been powering these services. Your web product is now a Web.com product and can no longer be accessed through Constant Contact.

Migration of Website to Web.com

The login and service of your site has been transferred directly to Web.com to ensure you have access to the functionality and service you’ve come to expect. Instead of logging into your Constant Contact account to access and edit your website, you’ll access it via Web.com. 

 

Shoppable Landing Pages

As of October 1, 2023 Shoppable Landing Pages are no longer visible or accessible within your Constant Contact account.

Will there be any changes to my billing?

Billing of your website and other web services has been transferred to Web.com.

If you pay for a Constant Contact Email & Digital Marketing plan in addition to your website, you will continue to be billed by Constant Contact for that plan.

 

I use SEO through Constant Contact. How does this change affect my SEO?

This change will not affect your SEO. You can continue to use and leverage Constant Contact’s SEO features to enhance your website ranking.

 

I use Stores, Logos, Domains, Bookings, Google My Business, and/or Google Workspace. How does this change affect my use of this feature?

You will now access the Stores, Logos, Domains, Bookings, Google My Business, and Google Workspace features within your Web.com account.

 

Can I still access and edit my website?

You can no longer access your site via Constant Contact. If you have any issues with setting up your Web.com login, you will need to reach out to Web.com by accessing their help page.

 

Who do I need to contact in order to get help with my website?

Contact Web.com support to get help with your website, online store, or other web products. To access these support channels within the Website Builder product, take the following steps:

  1. Within your Website Builder account, click the three dots in the upper right corner and then click Support Center.
  2. From the menu options, click Contact Us.

You can also access their help page.

 

Can I cancel my website and or domain?

You should contact Web.com to cancel your service.
