• Monthly Planning Calls - Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly strategy calls (max of two hours/month) to discuss upcoming activities, review past results, and develop new strategies.

  • Automated Welcome Series - To greet and engage your new contacts from the start, we’ll design a branded Welcome Email Series that will automatically send to your new subscribers.
  • List Growth Tools - We’ll create and install branded sign-up forms or landing pages for you to begin capturing new contacts directly from your website.
  • Branded Premium Design Template - Ensure your email reaches your audience with our most advanced, reusable mobile-responsive template, branded with your logo, colors, and social media links.
  • Premium Holiday/Seasonal Templates - Be prepared for future holiday campaigns with custom-designed seasonal templates.
  • Email Create and Send - Let us design your email, write the content, and schedule it to send for you.
  • Content Assistance - If you need email, social, website, or blog content prepared, we can write it for you. Get expert advice and content suggestions, including tips for subject lines, article lead-ins, and calls-to-action.
  • Constant Contact Campaign Creation - Survey, Event, and Landing Page creation.
  • Graphic Design and Content Creation - We can design banner advertisements, website and social graphics, logos, flyers, and more.
  • Video Creation Services - Drive website traffic and increase conversions with 6-second holiday-themed videos and 6- or 15-second YouTube video ads. Custom videos and social ad videos available at an additional cost.
  • Social Media/Google Ads - We'll create, manage, and publish engaging Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads for you, including audience selection, graphic design, copy, hashtags, and monitoring.
  • Social Media Posts - We'll create and publish 3 custom social posts with graphics, copy, and hashtags.
  • SMS Assistance - Receive general assistance with Constant Contact's new SMS Marketing tool.
  • SEO Assistance - Our SEO Specialist can aid in auditing your site to provide suggestions for optimized reach, as well as assist in updating meta descriptions, title tags, and writing blog content.
  • Website Content Edits - We can do general copy and formatting updates, edits, and revisions on select website platforms.
  • Google Analytics - We’ll create your Google Analytics account and set up two automated reports for your email and web traffic so that you can make more informed marketing decisions.

*A La Carte Add-Ons: Customers requiring more than two deliverables per month will have the flexibility to select additional services from an à la carte menu.
