Teams & Partners: Update workspace/subaccount credentials and plan

Change the current pricing/feature plan, update account information, and manage add-ons

In need of multiple accounts? Our multi-account solution is designed for organizations seeking unique accounts for their various locations, departments, or users. Take advantage of bulk pricing, product features for brand control, customized onboarding, and more!

Update workspace/subaccount contact information and ownership within the hub/primary account. If the account is end-user funded (i.e., paid for at the workspace/subaccount level vs. Single Bill), you can update the payment plan here as well.

Teams Account:

1. In the "My Organization" menu on the left-hand side, click Workspaces.
2. (Optional) Use the Status and Workspace type drop-down menus to help narrow your search.
3. Next to the workspace you want to update, click . . . > Manage workspace details. (Skip to step 4 below)
   
   
   
   

Partner Account:

1. In the "My Organization" menu on the left-hand side, click Accounts > My accounts.
2. (Optional) Use the Status and Account type drop-down menus to help narrow your search.
3. Next to the account you want to update, click . . . > Manage account details.

4. From the workspace/subaccount page, you can:

• Change your plan.
• Edit the Account Info section.
