How to suspend a client account

Article: 000041606
Updated: March 16, 2022

Sometimes you have clients that have a seasonal business, or because of current priorities, are not able to use Constant Contact. They may consider canceling their account, but before they do, we want to make sure you are aware of our suspend option.

Suspending an account will help you prevent cancellations, but preserve your clients’ accounts should they wish to re-activate. As a partner, you will still earn revenue share on the amount that these customers are paying. In the case that you need to suspend or unsuspend an account, email Partner Support at partnersupport@constantcontact.com.
