View real-time updates on services availability, system performance, and system maintenance, and subscribe to receive updates

The Constant Contact Status page is where you can find real-time updates and the recent history of our service availability, system performance, and planned system maintenance. If we become aware of a system issue that disrupts a service, we update this page to provide details to our customers.

Review the current status

When issues arise, they usually don't affect every service area at once. If you're experiencing an issue, you can check the current states of all our systems to see if it's widespread.

  1. Visit status.constantcontact.com.
  2. Scroll through the list to find the area of our product where you're experiencing an issue. Click the + next to a product area to expand it for a more detailed view.
  3. Place your cursor over one of the bars to review the status. The most current status is on the right-hand side and goes back 90 days. The colors range from green to red to indicate the lack of, or severity of, an outage.
