Connect an Eventbrite account to Constant Contact and sync the contact lists

If you have an Eventbrite account, take advantage of our Eventbrite integration to make event marketing even easier! When you sync your Eventbrite account to your Constant Contact account, you can select which events to import contacts from, allowing you to send targeted emails to your registrants based on the events they're attending.

Get started by connecting your Eventbrite account to your Constant Contact account and then importing contacts. You can disconnect your Eventbrite account at any time and connect a different one, if need be.

Connect an Eventbrite account

  1. First, go to Eventbrite's website and log into your account. It's important to do this first, before you connect Eventbrite within Constant Contact.
Note: Make sure to log in using the Primary Account Holder login, and not a Subuser login.

  3. Under the "All Integrations" tab, search for Eventbrite or scroll through the list to locate it. Then, click on the block.

Disconnect an Eventbrite account

If you have multiple Eventbrite accounts and would like to change the account you have connected to Constant Contact, you'll first need to disconnect the account currently connected.

  1. Click Tools > Apps & integrations.
  2. Under the "Connected Integrations" tab, click the three dots on the Eventbrite block to open the menu and click "Disconnect."

Once the account is disconnected, you're ready to connect a different Eventbrite account to Constant Contact.

Boost your marketing with the Eventbrite integration

Once your Eventbrite account is synced to Constant Contact, there are several ways to utilize the integration throughout your Constant Contact account.

Create a customized contact segment

When importing contacts from Eventbrite, you can choose which events to sync, allowing you to create segmented lists within your Constant Contact account. But perhaps you want to segment these contacts even further, in order to send specific, targeted messaging. You can do so by creating a custom segment of contacts.
