Allow your customers to book with ease by adding your MINDBODY appointment link in your email

Once you've imported your MINDBODY contacts into Constant Contact, you can make it easy for your customers to schedule an appointment through your emails. Just generate your appointment link in MINDBODY and insert it as a button.

Before you get started, you first need to create an appointment link through your MINDBODY account, and then copy the URL. Next, follow these steps to insert it into your email:

  1. From the Build tab in the email editor, drag a Button into your email. Use the guidelines to find the right spot.

  3. Replace the default button text with a clear call-to-action, such as "Book an Appointment."
  4. Paste your MINDBODY appointment link into the Link URL field.
  5. (Optional) Check the Enable Click Segmentation box and select an existing contact list or create a new list. Click segmentation lets you automatically add the contacts who clicked the button to your selected list. You can then use this list to send targeted emails in the future.
  6. Click Insert.

Insert Link overlay with Text to display as link field, Link URL field with MINDBODY url, Enable Click Segmentation option selected and email list selected, and Insert button

The button can be styled through the Button toolbar, or by clicking the Design tab in the email editor. When you're ready to schedule and send your email, you can select any of the lists that were automatically created when you synced your MINDBODY account, plus any other existing lists. When your email sends, your contacts can sign in and book an appointment through your booking page by clicking the button or link within your email.
