Constant Contact's policy on embargoed countries

Article: 000018680
Updated: March 13, 2026

Not all countries are available in the drop-down menu for an organization's address

Regulations established by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury prohibit U.S.-based companies from conducting business with certain countries and regions, including Cuba, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria. The embargoed countries have been removed from the drop-down menu to prevent unauthorized sign-ups. For more information, including the most current list of embargoed countries, please see our Terms of Service.

When editing your organization's address, the Country drop-down menu only contains the countries with which Constant Contact can do business. Countries not in the drop-down menu are prohibited due to the current economic sanctions from the U.S. government.
