Add admins to your Facebook Page

Give employees or co-workers permission to edit your organization's Facebook Page as an admin so they can connect and use Constant Contact apps

When you create a Facebook Page for your organization, there are several ways you can integrate it with your Constant Contact account.

For security reasons, Facebook requires that permission be granted to third-party apps, like Constant Contact, before any content or advertisements are posted on Facebook. In order to grant permission, you must be designated as an admin on your Facebook Page. If you'd like others in your organization to be able to grant access and manage the business page, add them as an admin.

  1. From your business page, click Manage.
    Page Settings Option

  2. Click Page Access in the left menu. Page Settings Option
  3. Click Page Access under the settings for New Page Experience.
  4. Click Add New
Page Roles Option, Assign a New Page Role Section, New User Field, Page Role Drop-down Menu and Admin Option, and Add Button

  5. Search for the person you would like to have access to the page. Password Field and Submit Button
  6. Click Give AccessPassword Field and Submit Button
  7. Enter your password and click Confirm to submit the action.

Once you've added admins to your page, you can scroll down to the Existing Page Roles section to see a list of the existing page admins, change a user role, or remove an admin.
