Change to a different email plan

Upgrade or downgrade the email plan in your Constant Contact account

exclamation point iconImportant: Changing email plans is not the same thing as your contact tier pricing. Your bill is also affected by the number of active contacts in your account.

 

If you need additional features or want to get rid of some you aren't using to save money, you can upgrade or downgrade your email plan from the Plans & pricing section of your account at any time. 

  1. Click the profile icon in the lower-left and select Plans and pricing from the menu.

  2. Depending on which email plan you have currently, and which plan you want to change to, click either Downgrade or Upgrade now. From this page, you can compare all the features available in each plan to see how they’ll change when you upgrade or downgrade.  
    Note: The plan names in your account may be different from what's shown below.

  3. Review the pricing summary and choose if you want to pay monthly or set up prepayment to receive a discount.
  4. Click Next.

  5. Review the summary and the terms and conditions. Then click Submit to begin processing your payment.

After you make a change to your account, it's a good idea to print the latest invoice for your records.
