When your account gets flagged for a List Review, contact one of our List Review Specialists to fix the problem

If you need to speak with a List Review Specialist regarding your account, we're here to help. 

Your account may be flagged for review when you pass a certain contact threshold, which is different for all accounts. The goal of the call is to review your contact collection methods and the history of your list to help protect your sending reputation and improve your deliverability. On average, these calls should take no longer than 15 minutes. Make sure to have the username and contact information on the account handy.

Please note: If your account is flagged for review, you'll be blocked from sending emails until the Account Owner can connect with a List Review Specialist.

Things to have handy

Please have the following available when you call:

  • Username
  • Contact information on the account
  • Collection methods for the various contact lists
  • The age of the lists:
    • How long has it been since you first began collecting contacts?
    • How long has it been since you last interacted with these contacts?
  • Past emailing history:
    • Have you emailed these contacts before?
    • If so, were you able to track reports such as bounces and unsubscribes?
    • Were those contacts removed from the list?
