Change or update your payment method

Article: 000005781
Updated: February 12, 2025

Update your credit card information to keep your account in good standing and avoid credit card failures

You can change the credit card used to pay your account at any time in your account settings. If your account was deactivated due to credit card failure, failed e-check payment, or invalid PayPal account, update your payment method to reactivate it. You have to be logged in as the Account Owner to do this.

Note: You can't add more than one credit card or delete a credit card from the account entirely; you can only update it to a different card. If you want to remove the credit card from the account entirely, please contact our Billing Department. A valid payment method on file is required at all times, so please have a new payment method ready if you're looking to have a credit card removed from your account.

  1. Click the profile icon in the lower-left and select Account settings from the drop-down.

Profile name and My Account dropdown option

  2. Click the Billing tab.

    Billing tab

  3. Scroll down to the Payment method section and click Edit payment method.

  4. In the credit card payment method section, click Edit.

Payment Method, Credit Card option, Edit

  5. Enter your credit card information in the fields.
  6. Make sure your Billing address, email address, and phone number are correct. If necessary, click Edit to make changes.

Enter credit card info and edit billing address

  7. Click Save.

Save Credit Card and Billing Address Info

Now that you've updated your payment method, you can print or email the invoice for your record keeping.
