Nonprofit prepay discount information

Article: 000005374
Updated: October 3, 2024

Submit your applicable documentation to qualify for the non-profit prepay discount

A nonprofit organization can receive a 20% discount off our standard pricing when prepaying for 6 months, or a 30% discount when prepaying for 12 months. There is no discount when you pay monthly. To ensure your account is set up with the correct discount, don't purchase a prepay plan before we’ve confirmed your nonprofit pricing.

If you are:

  • New to Constant Contact - If you are a nonprofit currently trying Constant Contact and want the nonprofit prepay discount applied to your account, please give us a call at 866-511-1966. Our team can apply your nonprofit discount today and get you up and running quickly.
  • Active Paid Constant Contact Customer - If you are a nonprofit currently paying monthly for Constant Contact, please call our billing team today at 855-285-0211. They will help apply the nonprofit discount to your account so you can start saving today.

Once the appropriate paperwork is processed, you'll see the available discounts reflected in your My Account page and, if applicable, a notation about your sales tax exemption.

  • If you are in the United States, you must send us your Federal government Letter of Determination, 501 (c)3 or (c)6. Your Tax Pay ID paperwork does not count.
  • If your company is outside the United States, you must still provide us with an equivalent type of document issued by your country.

Exclamation Point IconImportant: If applicable, Constant Contact is required to collect and remit sales tax in several US states. Having a nonprofit or US 501(c)3 status does not automatically designate your organization as tax-exempt. Learn more.
