Export reporting data for all emails

Export the reporting data for all your emails sent in a period of time to analyze your email data over time

Reporting information for your Sent emails is available for 180 days in your account. If you want access to your data for a longer timeframe, download a copy to store on your computer. By exporting the data to a file, you'll be able to access it whenever you need by opening it as a spreadsheet. The number of emails the report will include depends on how many you've displayed on your screen. To download a report:

1. From the menu on the left, click Reporting.
2. Select a date range from the drop-down to view your email stats during that time.
   
   
    
3. Scroll down to the Email campaigns table and click Export All.
   
   
    
4. Depending on your browser, the report will automatically download to your computer and you can click to open it from the top or bottom of your window, or you may be asked to open or save the file to a location of your choice.
   
   

Once you've saved the report to your computer, use your historic results to plan and improve future campaigns.
