Connect your Constant Contact account with Wix

Sync your Wix contacts and customers into segmented lists in Constant Contact.

We've integrated with Wix to make your email marketing even easier! By connecting your Wix website or store to your Constant Contact account, you'll be able to automatically sync Wix contacts into Constant Contact lists. If you sell products to your customers through a Wix store, lists will be segmented by purchase activity.

Connect your Wix account

To get started:

1. Click Integrations.
2. Under the "All Integrations" tab, either search for Wix or scroll through the list to locate it. Then, click on the Wix block.
   
   
    
3. Click Connect Account.
   
   
    
4. Enter the email address for your Wix account and click Continue with Email.
   
   
    
5. Enter your password and then click Log In.
   
   
    
6. Select the Wix site you want to connect to your Constant Contact account.
   
   
    
7. Click Agree & Add.
   
   

You'll then be brought to the Wix integration dashboard in your Constant Contact account. Please note that if you use a Wix website to collect subscribers only and you don't make sales through a Wix store, you'll still see segmented lists based on purchase activity, but only the "All Wix customers" list will be populated.

Note: Contacts who haven't given you permission to email them and are not in the "Subscribed" category in Wix will be imported as "No Permissions Set" in Constant Contact.

Once synced, you can take advantage of the following features:
 

Add a product block to your email

The products and services in your Wix store can easily be inserted into your emails through a dedicated Product action block, so that you can get them in front of the right contacts.
 

Create a customized contact segment

When you connect your Wix account to Constant Contact, your Wix contacts are placed into segmented lists, based on their activity, and are synced on a daily basis. However, if  there's a specific segment of contacts you'd like to create in order to send specific, targeted messaging, you can do so by creating a custom segment of contacts.

Send automated communications

There are several automated communications that you can send to your Wix customers, including:

• Automated email and SMS communications - Create personalized automated communications for your customers based on their actions, including welcome emails, thank you series, requests for review, and more.
• Abandoned Cart reminder emails - Recover lost revenue from customers who make it to the shipping options in your payment flow but never complete it with an abandoned cart reminder. Our reporting also shows how much revenue was generated through the reminder emails. 

Review sales reporting
