Worried your emails are being blocked by spam filters? Sending one of your campaigns to a third-party tool, like Mail-Tester or MailGenius, can help you narrow down the reasons why your email isn't going through.

1. Open a new tab in your browser and visit www.mail-tester.com or www.mailgenius.com, then copy the test email address provided.
   Important: Keep your Mail-tester or MailGenius tab open in your browser. Refreshing the page or opening the same URL in a different window gives you a new email address to start the process all over again.
   
   
   
   
2. Back in your Constant Contact account, send a test version of your email draft and paste the test email address into the email address field.
   
   
   
   
3. Return to the Mail-Tester or MailGenuius tab in your browser to review your results. It can take a few minutes. Each category can be expanded for more detailed information.
