Send a series of emails about your fundraising campaign to keep contacts engaged

Whether you're a nonprofit, small business, or just someone looking to support a cause, Constant Contact can help. From start to finish, you can create a professional fundraising campaign that will impress your supporters!

While you can run a fundraiser with a single email, sending a series of emails will maximize the success of your campaign by giving contacts multiple opportunities to donate and gentle reminders of how important it is to reach your goal. You can even automate these emails using an automation path.

Arrange your campaign

First, be sure to copy the URL for your website or wherever you collect donations, then paste the URL into a text link or button in each email you create around your fundraiser.

Space out the emails based on the duration of your campaign. For example, if you're looking to run a fundraiser over the course of a month, send four emails about your campaign spread out over each week of the month.

Week One

Send an email announcing your cause and fundraising goal.

Week Two

Send a follow-up email reminding people of your cause.

Week Three

Send an email updating people on the progress of your campaign with a final push for donations.

Week Four

Send a final email letting people know how your campaign went and thanking them for all of their support.
